Corporate Sponsorship


To match our rapid growth, the Company is now seeking partners from within the corporate world.

Below are a number of exciting sponsorship opportunities to suit all tastes and budgets, or call Icarus to discuss an alternative proposal.

All are available as perpetual agreements (benefits valid for every production over the life of the agreement) or as one-offs (benefits valid for one year of productions).

Corporate Sponsors can join at any one of the categories below:

Bronze Sponsor - £1,000 and above per annum

  • 10 free tickets to a performance night of your choice.
  • Drinks reception for 10 after that performance, including a post-show meet and greet with the actors, Creative Producer, and Artistic Director.
  • Minor logo placement on all of our publicity materials - posters, leaflets, and website, including a colour, quarter-page (or half-page black and white) in every programme dedicated to your company.
  • A link to your Company Website from ours.
  • Advanced press package.
 
Silver Sponsor - £5,000 and above per annum

  • 25 free tickets to a performance night of your choice.
  • Drinks reception for 25 after that performance, including a post-show meet and greet with the actors, Creative Producer, and Artistic Director.
  • Medium Logo placement on all of our publicity materials - posters, leaflets, and website, including a colour, half-page (or full-page black and white) in every programme dedicated to your company.
  • A link to your Company Website from ours.
  • Thank-you mention and logo placement on the Icarus Theatre Collective website.
  • Advanced press package.

Gold Sponsor - £10,000 and above per annum

  • A free private performance of each production for your staff and clients.
  • Drinks reception after that performance, including a post-show meet and greet with the actors, Creative Producer, and Artistic Director of the Collective.
  • Prominent logo placement on all of our publicity materials - posters, leaflets, and website, including a colour, full-page advert in every programme dedicated to your company.
  • A link to your Company Website from our home page.
  • Thank-you mention and logo placement on the Icarus Theatre Collective website.
  • Access for four to each Press Night Opening Gala.
  • Advanced press release package.

Sponsor the Designers!


Lights, sound, set, and costumes! Each element of a production costs approximately £5,000. If you would like to sponsor one of these elements, Icarus can offer in return:
  • A credit on all publicity for the production: "Set / Costumes / Lights & Sound sponsored by Credit Suisse First Boston".
  • Advanced press package.
  • Medium Logo placement on all of our publicity materials - posters, leaflets, and website, including a colour, half-page (or full-page black and white) in our programme dedicated to your company.
  • A link to your Company Website from ours.
  • A Press Release announcing the Sponsorship.

Performance Sponsor


For £3250 your Company can sponsor a single performance of an Icarus production. In return we can offer:
  • A programme insert announcing "This performance is sponsored by YourCompanyName" and carrying additional Company publicity / survey forms.
  • Minor logo placement on all of our publicity materials - posters, leaflets, and website, including a colour, quarter-page (or half-page black and white) in our programme dedicated to your company.
  • As many tickets as you like to the performance night you sponsor.
  • Drinks reception for your guests after the performance you sponsor, including a post-show meet and greet with the actors, Creative Producer, and Artistic Director.

Production Sponsor


For £60,000, Take the Credit for an entire Icarus production. In return for sponsoring a whole production, Icarus can offer:
  • A credit and logo on all publicity for the production: "This production brought to you by YourCompanyName".
  • Access for eight to our press night and post-show reception.
  • A free private performance of Titus Andronicus for your staff and clients.
  • Drinks reception after that performance, including a post-show meet and greet with the actors, Creative Producer, and Artistic Director of the Collective.
  • Advanced press package.
  • Prominent logo placement on all of our publicity materials - posters, leaflets, and website, including a colour, full-page advert in our programme dedicated to your company.
  • A link to your Company Website from ours.
  • A Press Release announcing the Sponsorship.
