This short introduction is designed for those who have no previous training in the Alba Method and are curious to learn more before signing up for a longer course. Participants will learn the history of the technique, including the scientific research that led to its creation. They will then be guided through a series of exercises as an introduction to some of the six respiratory/postural/facial patterns.
If you go on to take further training, your sign-up fee will be deducted from the price.

This course is exclusively for participants with at least 12 hours of training in the Alba Method. After a brief review of the fundamentals, we will refine technique through exploration of partner work, levels, and emotional mixtures.

We ask that participants please take a Covid test on the first day of your course. Should anyone test positive or display symptoms of any contagious illness they will be unable to attend, and their fee creditted towards a future course on a pro-rated basis.
